The tenure of Consul General Christos Karras and Katia Gikiza in Sydney comes to an end

In a few days, specifically on September 30, 2022, Mr. Christos Karras, Consul General of Greece in Sydney, and Ms. Katia Gikiza, head of the Office of Economic and Commercial Affairs of Greece in Australia, are to leave the fifth continent as their term ends.

“It has been a real pleasure for us to be part of the Greek-Australian community in Sydney and we will continue to feel the same for the rest of our lives,” they note in their joint message, while also calling it an honour and a privilege for them to have served in the Australian City of Sydney.
