The Vespers of the Synaxis of Panagia Pafsolipi was celebrated at the Theological School of Halki

On Friday afternoon, 30 August 2024, in the chapel of the Theological School of Halki, where the Holy, wonder-working and historic icon of Panagia Pafsolipi (Greek: the Virgin Mary who dispels grief and brings joy) is kept, the Great Vespers for the Feast of the Synaxis of Panagia Pafsolipi took place and was officiated by the Abbot of the Monastery of the Holy Trinity, His Grace Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos.

Faithful believers from the Princes’ Islands and pilgrims from Cyprus attended the Vespers Service.
