Extension of the veneration of the holy icon “Axion Estin” in Athens

The Holy Community of Mount Athos, responding to the request of His Beatitude Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and all Greece, and seeing the continued large and uninterrupted attendance of believers, decided to extend the stay of the Holy and Venerble Icon “Axion Estin” in Athens, for two days, i.e. until the morning of Wednesday, 17 May 2023.
