District of Melbourne Youth Share meal with Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis

On Tuesday, 30th August 2022, with the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios, His Grace Bishop Kyriakos invited the youth from the District of Melbourne for a free dinner at Lemnos Tavern in High Street, Prahran.

The purpose of the dinner was an opportunity for His Grace to share a meal with the youth from the Melbourne District. Also present at the dinner were members of the clergy from within the District including Father Kyrillos, Father Emmanuel, Father Nicholas, Father Panteleimon, Father Kyprianos and Father Kyriakos.

More than 80 people attended the event. The youth described the event as very pleasant and enjoyable.

His Grace announced to the youth exciting new inivitiatives that aim to educate youth about our Orthodox Christian faith and also social activities.
