69 newly recorded Covid-19 deaths in Victoria and New South Wales

The deaths of patients with Covid-19 recorded in the last twenty-four hours in the two largest States of Australia amount to 69.

In particular, 44 new covid-19 deaths were recorded in Victoria.

A total of 673 patients are being treated in Victorian State hospitals, of which 32 are in Intensive Care and 6 are intubated.

The new positive Covid-19 cases in Victoria are at 6,380.

In New South Wales, sadly 25 lives were lost to the pandemic.

The total hospitalisations are 2,265, with 54 patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

The new cases amount to 10,043.
