The Vespers of Love at the Theological School of Halki

On the Great and Holy Sunday of Pascha, 5 May 2024, at the Holy Theological School of Halki, the Resurrection Vespers of Love took place in a festive atmosphere, presided over by the Abbot of the Monastery of the Holy Trinity, His Grace Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos, who vested prior to the Vespers in the Great Synod Room of the School and made his way in procession to the Chapel of the Holy Trinity for the celebration of Vespers, during which the Gospel of the Resurrection was read in Greek, in Armenian by a clerical representative of the Armenian Patriarchate, in Turkish, English, German and French and finally again in Greek.

Numerous groups of pilgrims from various regions of Greece attended the church service, to whom the Abbot addressed festive wishes for the feast day of Holy Pascha.
