The Patriarch of Alexandria arrived in Zakynthos, Greece

His Beatitude Pope and Patriarch Theodore II of Alexandria and All Africa arrived in Zakynthos on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.

The Patriarch was welcomed by the Metropolitans Dionysios of Zakynthos, Chrysostomos of Dodona, Ioannis of Zambia, and Daniel of Axum.

Today, at 7 pm, the official procession of the Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, Theodore II, from the Holy Monastery to the Holy Sepulchre will take place, and immediately afterwards the Procession of the Relic of Saint Dionysius and the Great Vespers will take place in the Church.

The Divine Liturgy will take place tomorrow at 8: 30 in the morning and at 7:30 in the afternoon the procession of the Holy Relic of Saint Dionysios.
