The Ecumenical Patriarch attends an event of the Consulate General of Kuwait

On Wednesday, 21 February 2024, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew attended the reception of the Consulate General of Kuwait in Constantinople for the anniversary of the country’s independence and congratulated the Consul General Mr. Mohammad S. A. S. Alsharji.

Late in the evening of the previous day, Tuesday, 20 February 2024, His All-Holiness returned from his few days of rest in the snowy mountains of Austria, which he passed with the company of Their Eminences, Metropolitan Arsenios of Austria, and Metropolitan Maximos of Selyvria, and Third Patriarchal Deacon Fr. Varnavas and Patriarchal Deacon Fr. Evlogios.

The Ecumenical Patriarch and his companions were hosted by the Pappas family who live in Salzburg.
