Sydney: The Feast Day of Epiphany at the Church of the Resurrection of Christ, Kogarah

The great feast of Epiphany was celebrated with particular splendour and in the presence of a large number of believers on Monday, 6 January 2025, at the Church of the Resurrection of Christ, in the suburb of Kogarah, Sydney. The Divine Liturgy and the Great Sanctification of the Waters Service were presided over by His Grace Bishop Christodoulos of Magnesia, who blessed the congregation and conveyed the wishes of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia.

The participation of the faithful in the feast day services was most impressive, with people of all ages flooding the Church to celebrate the great feast of Epiphany. After the Divine Liturgy, the Blessing of the Waters was performed, while all those present received the sanctified water, leaving with their hearts full of blessings and joy.
