Northcote: His Grace Bishop Evmenios of Kerasounta Serves the Matins of the Bridegroom

Holy Week solemnly begun on Sunday evening the 17th April in the District of Northcote with the first service of the Bridegroom presided by His Grace Bishop Evmenios of Kerasounta at the parish of The Presentation of the Lord in Coburg.

 

His Grace towards the end of the service wished the faithful in attendance a blessed and fruitful Holy Week and asked everyone to pray that Christ who is the steward of life enlightens all humans to act in ways that will sustain peace in the world and joy in every human soul.

 

His Grace conveyed the blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia and reminded everyone of His Eminence’s visit to Victoria on Holy Friday.
