New Cyprus President Christodoulides received in Athens by Archbishop Ieronymos
The new President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, continued an official visit to Athens on Tuesday, with meetings with Greek leadership and political party leaders.
Mr. Christodoulides, who was elected as the island republic’s head of state last month, met with Greek foreign Minister, Mr. Nikos Dendias. Afterwards, he was received by the Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, His Beatitude Ieronymos, at the Archdiocesan headquarters in Athens.
