Mr. Theodoros Livanios visits the Archdiocesan District of Melbourne

On Thursday, 21 March 2024, the Deputy Minister of the Interior of Greece, Mr. Theodoros Livanios, accompanied by the Consul General of Greece in Melbourne, Mr. Emmanuel Kakavelakis, as well as by his colleagues Mr. Konstantinos Tsantidis, Director of his Office, and Ms. Kalliopi Oikonomou, his Advisor, visited the headquarters of the Archdiocesan District of Melbourne.

Mr. Livanios and his entourage were warmly welcomed by his Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis, Archiepiscopal Vicar of Melbourne, representing His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, who after informing Mr. Livanios about the work of the Orthodox Church, discussed issues concerning the local Greek Community.
