Mitsotakis tells Zelenskyy Greece will continue to support Kyiv

Greece will continue to support Ukraine, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis assured the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a phone call on Thursday, his office said.

Mitsotakis also reaffirmed Athens’ support for Ukraine’s European path and the convening of the EU-Ukraine Intergovernmental Conference next June, which will mark the official start of Ukraine’s accession negotiations with the European Union.

The Greek Prime Minister accepted an official invitation to participate in the Conference for Peace in Ukraine that will take place on June 15 and 16 in Switzerland.
