Metropolitan Job of Pisidia at the Metochion of Saint Andrew in Galata

On Sunday, 23 / 10 July 2023, the 7th Sunday of Matthew, His Eminence Metropolitan Job of Pisidia, accepting the invitation of the Parish Priest of the Slavonic Community of Constantinople, the Grand Preacher Father Panaretos, presided over the Divine Liturgy, with the canonical approval and blessing of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, at the Metochion of Saint Andrew of the Great and Holy Monastery of Vatopedi in Galata, with Patriarchal Deacon Fr. Epiphanios.

His Eminence Metropolitan Job preached the homily and conveyed the paternal affection and care of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew to the Slavonic flock of Constantinople and His patriarchal blessing and love.

During his response, the Parish Priest of the Holy Metochion welcomed His Eminence Metropolitan Job of Pisidia and offered warm words of thanks to him and to His All-Holiness who blessed the presence of the Metropolitan.

After the conclusion of the Divine Liturgy, a festive lunch was offered to all and was blessed by the visiting Hierarch.
