Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Nikopolis and Preveza officiates at the sacred Patriarchal Church

On Sunday, 3 December 2023, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew was present joined in prayer from the altar, during the Divine Liturgy which took place at the Venerable Patriarchal Church of Saint George, in Phanar, which His Eminence Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Nikopolis and Preveza officiated at.

Also present for the Divine Liturgy where His Eminence Metropolitan Kallinikos of Arta, the Deputy Minister of Education of Greece, Ms. Zetta Makri, Mr. Dimitris Mantzos, Member of the Greek Parliament, Mr. Maxim Vdovichenko, Consul of Ukraine in Constantinople, Mr. Nikolaos Georgakos, Mayor of Preveza, and a multitude of faithful.

Immediately after, His All-Holiness received in a special audience Their Eminences, Metropolitan Kallinikos of Arta and Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Nikopolis and Preveza, together with clerics of their provinces, and the Mayor of Preveza, who expressed their strong desire in the near future to officially invite the Ecumenical Patriarch to visit their Metropolises.
