Memorial Service for the Late Archbishop Stylianos of Australia in Perth

On Sunday, 26 November 2023, with the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, His Grace Bishop Elpidios of Kyanea officiated at the Matins Service and presided over the Divine Liturgy at the Church of Saints Constantine and Helene, on the occasion of the feast day of Saint Stylianos of Paphlogonia.

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, a Memorial Service took place for the Late Archbishop Stylianos (Harkianakis) of Australia. In his sermon, His grace Bishop Elpidios reminded the faithful that Archbishop Stylianos led the Holy Archdiocese for 44 whole years, before the arrival of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios in Australia.

Before the distribution of the antidoron, His Grace also wished the youngest parishioner of the church, Stylianos Gerovasilis who is only 5 months old, a very happy and blessed Name Day.
