Melbourne: The Vespers of Christmas at the Church of Saints Raphael, Nicholas and Irene in Bentleigh

On Sunday afternoon, 24 December 2023, His Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis, Archiepiscopal Vicar of Melbourne, visited the Church of Saints Raphael, Nicholas and Irene in the suburb of Bentleigh, and officiated at the Great Vespers Service of the Nativity of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, joined also by the Parish Priest, Father Chris Dimolianis.

Also present for the Great Vespers and joined in prayer was His Grace Bishop Themistocles of Nicopolis, of the Patriarchate of Alexandria.

At the conclusion of the Vespers, Bishop Kyriakos conveyed to the faithful the blessings and wishes of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia.
