Melbourne: The First Service of the Salutations at the Church of the Dormition of Our Lady, North Altona

On Friday, 22 March 2024, His Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis, Archiepiscopal Vicar of Melbourne, visited the Church of the Dormition of Our Lady in North Altona and officiated at the Service of the First Stanza of the Salutations to the Theotokos, and was joined by the Parish Priest Father Dimitrios Catrinei, and by Father Dimitrios Drougas.

Also present and joined in prayer was His Grace Bishop Themistocles of Nicopolis, of the Patriarchate of Alexandria.

At the conclusion of the Service, His Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis conveyed to all the faithful the blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia and wished them all spiritual strength for the remainder of Holy and Great Lent.
