Inaugural feast day of recently canonised Saint Evmenios Saridakis
The inaugural feast day of recently canonised St. Evmenios Saridakis was celebrated today at Holy Chapel of St. Stephen and St. Nikiforos, at the metochion of Mount Athos Kalyvi of the Dormition of the Theotokos, in Athens.
The Orthros and con-celebratory Divine Liturgy was officiated by His Grace Bishop Epiphanios.
The first feast day of St. Evmenios Saridakis was also commemorated on the eastern Aegean Island of Amorgos, with the Metropolitan of Thira, His Eminence Amphilochios, officiating at the Vespers of the Sunday of the Samaritan Woman at the Cathedral of the Ascension of the Saviour.
