His Grace Bishop Evmenios of Kerasounta visits AGAPI Care foundation
On Holy Thursday, on behalf of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, His Grace Bishop Evmenios of Kerasounta paid a visited to “Agapi Care Inc” Foundation of Melbourne that cares for people with special needs, and offered them Easter candles for the feast of the Resurrection on behalf of the Holy Archdiocese of Australia.
The emotion was great, as were the resident’s smiles when they received their Paschal Candle.
Although three days before the feast of Pascha, His Grace Bishop Evmenios chanted “Christ is Risen” with the residents, bringing joy to their souls.
His Grace congratulated, on behalf of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia,, the director of the Foundation, Mrs. Mary Gakopoulou, and all the staff for the sacred service they perform.
Finally, His Grace wished them good health, and of course conveyed the prayers and blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios for the Easter period.
