Greek-language TV series based on life, works of St. Paisios to debut next week
The debut of the television series “St. Paisios”, which recounts the life and works of the 20th century saint of the Greek Orthodox Church, will come on Thursday, Feb. 10.
The long-awaited series will be aired by the Athens-area broadcaster Mega, and was shot on location in places where St. Paisios lived, including the semi-autonomous monastic community of Mount Athos.
The St. Maximus the Greek Institute is the producer of the television series.
