GO Fellowship Melbourne: Talk by sister Theolekti from Chania

On Sunday, 4 March 2024, with the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia and under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis, GO Fellowship Melbourne organised a spiritual talk with the main speaker being Sister Theolekti from Chania, Crete.

The event was attended by more than a hundred people, in which Sister Theolekti described the efforts of the Holy Monastery of Chrysopigi for the care of the environment and spoke about the connection between Monasticism with the Environment. Sister Theolekti also referred to the building work being carried out in the monastery and the influence of Saint Porphyrios on this work.

Afterwards, Sister Theolekti answered many questions from the audience, regarding the monastic life.
