Elder Metropolitan of Derkoi visited Simonopetra Monastery on Mount Athos

On Friday, 5 April 2024, His Eminence Elder Metropolitan Apostolos of Derkoi presided over the service of the Third Stanza of the Salutations to the Most Holy Virgin Mary at the Simonopetra Monastery on Mount Athos, following an invitation from the monastic brotherhood.

During his stay on Mount Athos, the Metropolitan will celebrate the Holy Feast of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary in the cell of the Annunciation in Karyes on Mount Athos, which is part of the aforementioned Monastery.
