Ecumenical Patriarch met with the Governor of Constantinople at the Phanar

The Governor of Constantinople, Mr. Davut Gül, visited the Ecumenical Patriarchate yesterday, Thursday, 22 February 2024, and was warmly welcomed by His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.

The governor, who reciprocated the recent visit of the Ecumenical Patriarch to him, showed interest in the issues that concern the Ecumenical Patriarchate and the Greek Community.

The meeting was also attended by the Grand Protosyncellus Archimandrite Grigorios, Archon Hartofylax Mr. Panteleimon Vigas, and Mr. Georgios Papaliaris, President of the Association for the Support of Greek Community Foundations.
