Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew visits the Greek High School of Imbros

On Thursday, 30 May 2024, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew paid a visit to the Greek High School of Imbros, in the village of Agrida, and was joined by His Eminence Metropolitan Kyrillos of Imbros and Tenedos. His All-Holiness was warmly welcomed by the teachers and students of the School, which, it is worth noting, reopened after 50 years, thanks to the tireless efforts of the Imbrian Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.

The Patriarch met and spoke with the students of the School, about their education and about their future. Also present were the President of the Imbrian Union of Macedonia – Thrace Mr. Pavlos Stamatidis and the well-known journalist Mr. Manolis Kostidis.
