Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew on the 11th anniversary of the election of Pope Francis

On Wednesday evening, 28 February 2024, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch was present, joined in prayer, during the Divine Liturgy which took place at the Roman Catholic Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Constantinople, commemorating the 11th anniversary of the election of Pope Francis (March 13, 2013).

His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew spoke appropriately to the congregation.

Present also for the Liturgy were Patriarch Sahak II Mashalian of the Armenians in Constantinople, His Eminence Metropolitan Polykarpos of Italy and Assistant Bishops of the Metropolis of Italy, Their Graces, Bishop Georgios of Krateia, Bishop Dionysios of Kotyaios, and Bishop Athenagoras of Thermae, and many faithful believers.
