Byzanfest Calls for Film Submissions for 2025 Edition
Byzanfest International Orthodox Film Festival is now accepting short-film, feature-length and unproduced screenplay submissions.
We’re inviting Orthodox Christian filmmakers from around the world to showcase their work in cinemas and online.
As one of the premier platforms for emerging and established filmmakers, Byzanfest is seeking compelling narratives and innovative ideas in the form of short-films, feature-lengths and unproduced screenplays. Selected films will have the opportunity to be screened before a diverse audience of cinephiles, industry professionals, and fellow creators within Australia and around the world.
“We’re excited to open our doors to fresh and unique storytelling” said Festival Director, Chris Vlahonasios, “This festival is a celebration of Orthodox-inspired cinematic artistry. We look forward to discovering new voices that explore the power of film.”
Filmmakers of all levels are encouraged to submit their work. The festival welcomes submissions across all categories.
