Ambassador of Greece in Australia visits the headquarters of the Archdiocesan District of Melbourne

On Tuesday, 5 December 2023, His Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis, representing His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, received His Excellency, Mr. Georges Papacostas, Ambassador of Greece in Canberra, along with his wife, Ms. Goha Badalyan, who were also joined by the Consul General of Greece in Melbourne, Mr. Emmanuel Kakavelakis.

During the meeting, which was held in a cordial and constructive atmosphere, issues concerning the Greek Omogenia were discussed and the willingness of both parties to continue the admirable cooperation was agreed.
