A Dinner in honour of the volunteers of the Parish of “The Presentation of Our Lady To The Temple”, North Balwyn
On Monday, May 22nd 2023, the Parish of the Presentation of Our Lady to the Temple, in North Balwyn Victoria, hosted a Thank You dinner to honour all the volunteers for their tireless dedication, love and support for the Parish.
His Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis attended the event and personally thanked each volunteer and Fr. Nikolaos Georgiou, the Parish Priest, for their ongoing efforts in supporting the Parish and our Holy Archdiocese and Archdiocesan District of Melbourne.
His Grace also conveyed the paternal blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, and ensured that everyone’s efforts are noticed and greatly appreciated by His Eminence.
His Grace Bishop Kyriakos also gifted to the Parish an icon of Panagia of Yellow Rock and encouraged everyone to always turn to the Holy Theotokos to ask her for her intercessions in their lives and for our city of Melbourne and our Holy Archdiocese.
