The events for the feast of the Synaxis of the “Saints in Larissa” begin

The festive events for the feast day of the Synaxis of the “Saints in Larissa”, in which will take place over he three days beginning on the 4th of November until the 6th of November, 2022.

Specifically, on Friday, November 4, from 9:00 p.m. until around 12.30 after midnight, at the Holy Church of Saint Nicholas, Larissa, a Holy Vigil will be held, during which the icon of Panagia Armeniotissa and the Holy Relics of the local Saints Achillios the Myrrh-flower, Gideon, John of Monemvasia and George of Rapsanis will be offered for veneration.

The School of Byzantine Music of the Metropolis of Larissa and Tyrnavos, under the direction of its Director, Mr. Ioannis Mavromatis, will chant the holy hymns at the vigil.
