40 newly recorded Covid-19 deaths in New South Wales and Victoria in the last 24 hours
The deaths of patients with Covid-19 that were recorded in the last twenty-four hours in the two largest States of Australia amount to 40.
In particular, 27 patients sadly lost their lives in New South Wales, while the NSW Ministry of Health announced a further 20 deaths that occurred in the previous days and were delayed in notification.
Apart from this, the total hospitalisations in NSW amounted to 2,289, with 76 patients in Intensive Care Units across the State’s hospitals.
The recent tally of positive Covid-19 cases of the last twenty-four hours amount to 10,702.
In the State of Victoria, there were recorded a futher 13 new deaths.
A total of 802 patients are being treated in Victorian State hospitals, of which 44 are in Intensive Care and 6 are intubated.
The new positive cases amount to 10,079.
