Ecumenical Patriarch invested Mr. Nicholas Pateras as Archon Offikialios

In a solemn ceremony held at the Church of St. Nicholas of the Poorhouse, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew invested Mr. Nicholas Pateras as Archon Eutaxias Offikialios of the Great Church of Christ, in the presence of His Beatitude Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece, along with esteemed dignitaries, clergy, and members of the faithful.

During the ceremony, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew expressed his gratitude to Mr. Nicholas Pateras for his unwavering dedication and support to the Church, praising his commitment to meeting the needs of the Church of Saint Nicholas, which belongs to the Ecumenical Patriarchate. In turn, Nicholas Pateras humbly acknowledged the honour bestowed upon him, emphasising that his philanthropic endeavors are deeply rooted in his familial legacy and sacred duty.

The ceremony was attended by prominent Hierarchs from the Church of Greece and abroad, as well as distinguished politicians, clergy, and laypersons.

Through this ceremony, Mr. Nicholas Pateras assumes a pivotal role in serving the spiritual and communal needs of the Great Church of Christ, embodying the values of faith, service, and philanthropy that are integral to his esteemed position.
