Visit of a senior US State Department official to the Ecumenical Patriarchate
On Tuesday, October 11, 2022, Erika Olson, a high-ranking official of the US Department of State, visited the Ecumenical Patriarchate in the Department of European and Eurasian Affairs.
Olson, who visited the Phanar again last March, was received by Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and had the opportunity to discuss issues of mutual interest.
