Video shows Lake Karla in Thessaly before and after Storm Daniel

The magnitude of the destruction caused by Storm Daniel and the change this phenomenon made on the map of Thessaly is captured in a video posted on YouTube by the Up Stories channel on Sunday, with footage from 35,000 feet of Lake Karla, Thessaly.

The lake was drained in the 1960s and reshaped about a decade ago. After the storm, Lake Karla covered a vast area, destroying land and crops.
