The Feast Day of Saint John Chrysostom at the Theological School of Halki

In the small chapel of the Theological School of Halki, on Sunday 13 November 2022, on the occasion of the Feast Day of Saint John Chrysostom, the Resurrectional Matins and Divine Liturgy, officiated from the throne by the Abbot of the Holy Monastery of The Holy Trinity, His Grace Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos, took place.
After the end of the Divine Liturgy, a Trisagion Service was read by the Abbot for the repose of the soul of the blessed Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Neocaesaria, Acting Professor and Headmaster during the years 1942-1950, Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Ephesus, also Professor of the School, Archbishop of Athens Chrysostomos II and Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Peristeri, both graduates of the School, as well as the recently deceased Archbishop Chrysostom II of Cyprus.
Also, on the feast of Saint John Chrysostom, the School of Theology publicly expresses its wholehearted wishes to its celebranting Treasurer, His Eminence Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Myra , who happens to be one of its most recent graduates.
