The Feast Day of Christmas in the historic Silivria

The Great Feast Day of the Nativity of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ was celebrated in a joyful atmosphere in the blessed and holy city of Silivria. On the eve of the feast, Sunday, 24 December 2023, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated and in the evening the Great Vespers of the feast.

On Christmas day, the feast day Divine Liturgy took place, presided over by Hieromonk Father Alexios Demertzis, with the participation of the faithful from Silivria and the wider region.
