In the afternoon of the Sunday of Holy Pentecost, 23 June 2024, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew departed on a special flight from the International Airport of Constantinople to the Airport of Aktion (Preveza), for a multi-day visit to the Holy Metropolises of Lefkada and Ithaca, Nicopolis and Preveza, and Arta.
