The Ecumenical Patriarch attended cultural events
On Saturday, 15 March 2025, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew visited the Sismanoglio Mansion of the Consulate-General of Greece in Constantinople, accompanied by Grand Protosyncellus Gregory, and attended the concert “Music in the Light – Greek and Thracian Composers of 19th and 20th Century Art Music” performed by the “Apollon” choir of Orestiada, in response to the reverent invitation of Mr. Anastasios Dimoschakis, Member of Parliament for Evros.
Immediately afterward, accompanied by His Eminence Metropolitan Stephanos of Kallioupolis and Madytos, His All-Holiness proceeded to the city’s Cultural Centre (AKM), where, upon an official invitation, he attended an event organised by the Charity Federation of Alawites, which was also honoured by the presence of Turkey’s Ministers of Education, Culture, and Tourism.
His All-Holiness’s congratulatory wishes to the new Ministers and Deputy Ministers of the Greek Government
His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew sent congratulatory messages to the new Ministers and Deputy Ministers of the reformed Government of Greece, beginning with its Vice-President, Mr. Kostis Hatzidakis.
