The Consul General of Greece in Constantinople visits Elder Metropolitan Apostolos of Derkoi

On Wednesday, 1 November 2023, His Excellency Ambassador Konstantinos Koutras, the new Consul General of Greece in Constantinople, made an official visit to the Episcopal Residence and offices of the Holy Metropolis of Derkoi and met with the local Shepherd, His Eminence Elder Metropolitan Apostolos of Derkoi.

After a fruitful discussion on the issues of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, the Communities and the Omogenia, His Eminence Metropolitan Apostolos wished for the new Consul General to have a fruitful and illustrious cooperation in his responsible new duties with the Mother and Holy Great Church of Christ and its Primate, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.
