The celebration of the Feast of Theophany at the Phanar

It is announced that on the feast of the Holy Theophany of our Lord, God and Saviour Jesus Christ, on Monday, 6th January 2025, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew will celebrate the feast day Divine Liturgy in the Holy Patriarchal Church of Saint George, Phanar.

At the end of the Doxology, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew will perform the Great Blessing of the waters, and after the end of the Divine Liturgy, he will preside over the ceremony of the throwing of the Holy Cross into the sea, from the dock of the Phanar.
