Tasmania: Christmas collection and donation of toys for children at the Royal Hobart Hospital
This morning, Saturday, 17 December 2022, His Grace Bishop Bartholomew of Charioupolis visited the Royal Hobart Hospital in Tasmania and together with the Reverend Fathers of Tasmania, Father Irenaeus Kiokas and Father Dimitrios Katsis and volunteers of both churches, gifted the hospital toys which in turn they will distribute to children in their wards.
The hospital thanked His Grace Bishop Bartholomew and the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia for their kind gesture and support.
His Grace Bishop Bartholomew on behalf of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia thanked the Fathers and the volunteers for the toys collected and on behalf of His Eminence wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
