Sydney: An event-lecture entitled “Hellas Pays Tribute to Adamantios Korais”

The Consulate General of Greece in Sydney, in collaboration with the Greek Orthodox Community of New South Wales, organises an event-lecture entitled “Hellas Pays Tribute to Adamantios Korais” to be held on Wednesday, 22 March 2023.

The lecture will be delivered by Mr. Konstantinos Giannakodimos, Head of the Public Diplomacy Office of the Consulate General of Greece in Sydney, while Dr. Maria Efthymiou, Professor at the University of Athens, will address a foreword.

The speaker will provide a depiction of Korais’ work with a special emphasis on its importance for the upcoming commemoration of the Greek Revolution.

The event-lecture will take place on Wednesday 22 March, 19.00, at the Greek Community Club, 206-210 Lakemba St, Lakemba
