Sunday Divine Liturgy, Greek Language Lessons, and Agape Meal in the Metropolis of Zambia
With the blessings of His Eminence Metropolitan Ioannis of Zambia and Mozambique, Greek language lessons continue under his guidance.
Offering Greek language classes at the parish level remains a cherished tradition of the Greek Orthodox Church in Zambia. The Church believes that knowledge is power and strives to ensure that children are equipped with the skills to understand the Greek language, enriching their lives and expanding their perspectives.
Ms Rania Tsirigoti, a dedicated and passionate educator, commits herself to providing her students with the tools they need to achieve academic success. She inspires in them a love for the Hellenic language and an appreciation for the cultural heritage of their ancestral homeland. She also places great emphasis on fostering cooperative teamwork among her students.
After the lessons, the Metropolis offers the unconditional Agape meal, reflecting its care for the youth who attend.
