Palm Sunday in the Holy Diocese of Perth

On Palm Sunday, 13th of April 2025, His Grace Bishop Elpidios of Perth, officiated at the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at the Church of St Nektarios in Dianella. 

The morning commenced with the Matins Service in which the palm crosses were blessed prior to being distributed to the faithful. 

In his sermon, His Grace spoke about the Threefold Office of Christ – King, Teacher, and High Priest- and emphasised the importance of allowing Christ to reign in our hearts and families, guiding our decisions and shaping our values.

At the conclusion of the service His Grace Bishop Elpidios wished everyone a blessed and holy Pascha.
