For the first time in many years Palm Sunday was celebrated at the church of the Holy Archangels in Albury, New South Wales.
Father Agathangelos Masteas who was recently appointed as the Parish Priest by His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia conducted the service and spoke about the importance of Palm Sunday.
Following the service a seafood luncheon was held in the adjacent hall bringing the local community together.
Father Agathangelos conveyed to the congregation the love and blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios and wished everyone a blessed Holy Week and a blessed Pascha.
