Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv visited wounded Ukrainian soldiers in Odesa

His Beatitude Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv, Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, visited the wounded Ukrainian defenders on 7 September 2024, at the Odesa Medical Rehabilitation and Sanatorium Treatment Center.

Accompanied by His Eminence Archbishop Athanasius of Odesa and Baltsky, clergy, and military representatives, Metropolitan Epifaniy expressed gratitude to the defenders for their bravery in protecting Ukraine. He also delivered medical equipment for surgeries.

Later, Metropolitan Epifaniy met with government officials, philanthropists, and intellectuals, honouring individuals with high church awards in recognition of their contributions.
