Memorial Service for the Late Metropolitan Alexander of Nigeria by the Metropolitan of Zambia

On Sunday, 1 September 2024, the Feast of Saint Alexander, His Eminence Metropolitan John of Zambia and Mozambique presided over a memorial service in the Church of Saint Alexander in Lusaka in memory of the late Metropolitan Alexander of Nigeria.

The Metropolitan preached the Holy Sermon with vivacity, drawing lessons from the work of Saint Alexander and referring to the work of the late Metropolitan of Nigeria, who dedicated his life to missionary work and the realisation of the Word of God. He also made special mention of the unique spiritual relationship he had with him.
