At the end of the Vespers, he performed a Trisagion for the repose of the soul of the late Eustathios Eugenides, a great benefactor of the Nation, who built and offered in 1903 to Ecumenical Patriarch Joachim III the building of the Patriarchal House, which has been named the Eugenides Building ever since.
Today, on the day of the feast, a Divine Liturgy is being celebrated in the Patriarchal Chapel, presided over by Archimandrite Gregorios, Chief Secretary of the Holy and Sacred Synod.
