Fifth Sunday of Lent at the Church of the Twelve Apostles in Feriköy, Constantinople

On the Fifth Sunday of Lent, 6 April 2025, a Hierarchical Divine Liturgy took place at the Church of the Holy Twelve Apostles, of the Feriköy Community in Constantinople, and was presided over by His Eminence Metropolitan Stephanos of Kallioupolis and Madytos, Patriarchal Supervisor of the District, who also preached the holy sermon.

At the conclusion of the Divine Liturgy, a memorial service for the repose of the soul of the late Metropolitan Iakovos of Princes’ Islands took place, on the occasion of the completion of seven years since the falling asleep in the lord of the late Metropolitan. After the Divine Liturgy, a reception also took place in the hall of the Church.
