Elder Metropolitan Emmanuel of Chalcedon visits Kyiv, Ukraine

The Autocephalous Church of Ukraine celebrated the Feast Day of the Presentation of Our Lord and Saviour in the Temple this year according to the new calendar, after the calendar reform.

The feast day Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the central Church of the Lavra of the Caves of Kiev, of the Dormition of the Theotokos, which was presided over by the local Primate, His Beatitude Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kiev and all Ukraine, who was joined by a multitude of Hierarchs, Priests and Deacons of the local Church.

Concelebrating was His Eminence Elder Metropolitan Emmanuel of Chalcedon, from the Ecumenical Patriarchate.
